3.2 User-Generated Content Policy:

• Blutik has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, or offensive content.

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

• We may suspend or terminate user accounts that breach these Terms.

• Users can report inappropriate content through the reporting feature within the App. All reports are reviewed, and appropriate action is taken within 24 hours.

• We may block or ban users who repeatedly violate our content policies.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Blutik.
4.2 By sharing content, you grant Blutik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

5.2 You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.2 We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7.3 We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blutik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for using the App.

9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
9.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
